Resepi Sodap...


jom memasak!!

nie hah!!

ini nama nye GULAI LEMAK KETAM... :)

bahan-bahannya adalah :

Bahan-bahan ( 4 org )

  • 1 biji nenas (potong nipis memanjang-buang empulur)
  • 4 ekor ketam (bersihkan)
  • 1 biji kelapa (ambil santannya)
  • 2 peket kecil rempah kari udang/ikan kering/ketam
  • 2 ulas bawang merah (tumbuk)
  • 2 ulas bawang putih (tumbuk)
  • 2 keping asam gelugor
  • Garam/gula/Ajinomoto secukup rasa
  • 2 sudu besar minyak masak
  • Air secukupnya


  1. Panas kan minyak.Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga naik bau.
  2. Bancuh rempah dengan sedikit air.Masukkan dalam minyak tadi.Kacau hingga rempah masak.Masukkan pula sedikit air, santan, ketam dan asam gelugor.Masak hingga mendidih.
  3. Masukkan nenas.Tambahkan rasa dengan garam, gula dan ajinomoto.Biarkan mendidih seketika dan tutup api.
  4. Siap utk hidangan

My SPECIAL friend and friends...

I am a person that can mingle around with all peoples except the ***** one..hehe....
My bestfriends are not stay for a long period,I mean I always change my bestfriends except this one person MY mom is my best best friend ever...I share all of my problems and feeling with my mom eventhough about my life partner....hikhikhik.....why did I feel free to share all with my mom because she is a very outstanding person, a good listener and she love me...haha....apart from that maybe the different of age between us are not too far..

SITI NILAN HARIMI ( the one with the black scarf)

she is my housemate...younger than me (one year only)...she use to call me orang tue..but it never got to my nerve....hehe...I don't care coz she are my favourite and I like to bully her..haha...she like to talk with annoy way...such know what nilan,when you talk like that I was thinking 'should I just slap this little girl?'...

next is,

her nickname is syu, mailah, mek lah and etc. she is my housemate too and also younger than me one year...she like to talk with 'sengau accent'...hehe...and when we respond it with that 'accent' she will said that we copy her...AND not forget that she is a dramaqueen...

Before came here I used to study at life science is some of the pics of us...I miss them very much..

As students, I have a lot of things to do especially STUDY. In my daily life most of my time are spend on study. Study is part of mylife....I love study...ahaks....,back to my sense....

During my leisure time, I love to read books different genre. I love to read novels, knowledgeable books, and sometimes magazines.
I have read many novels(mostly I borrowed it from my friends,all in malay) such as :

 and many more. Those novels is about love story that sometimes we can take as experienxes or else....hehe...

While the knowledgeable books that I read are:

Magazines that I always read during my free time are Klik,Mangga,Reader Digest,Utopia,comics and etc. Sometimes those magazines can make me relax cause of lot of laugh.

Besides, during my free time I like to cook. I can cook just simple dishes such as gulai lemak, sweet sour, telur dadar,fried maggi and etc. why did I learn and love to cook is because my mom is a working women so she will get tired when she back home. So, as eldest daughter and children I have to cook for my siblings and my dad to help her. Apart from that I learn to cook my favourite food such as masak lemak ketam. I miss to eat that....
then, when i cook and there is no one want to eat it I have to eat it all by myself...That's why my other hobbies is eating....haha...

Lastly, I like to do outdoor activities....such as picnic or jungle trekking...

KIC's Events

There are a lot events that had been held in KIC. Examples of the events that had been held are such as Merdeka Raya, Deewali celebration, Chinese New Years and so on.

But, the event that I'm going to share here is about Chinese New Year celebration because there are a lot of pictures in my collection.....hehe...

During the CNY celebration we are having so much fun..
There also a lot of competition between class....the competitions are class decoration competition, making CNY card and many more.

Peoples in Malaysia are consists of different races and religion. there 3 main races in Malaysia such as Malay, Chinese and Indian. There different belief between them. because of there are different races so of course there are different food that they eat. For Malay they are famous with eating rice such as Nasi Lemak, Nasi Dagang and so on. While for Chinese they are famous with meal with soup. For Indian they are famous with spices.

Now, this is the best part that I want to share with you all.


I'm a Kelantanese...Kelantan peoples are always relate to the sweet foods. It is a true fact...haha...
I love to eat Biji Nangka...It is a types of 'kuih'.

How to cook It.


  • 200g glutinous rice flour
  • water to form dough
  • 1/2 tsp of air kapur
  • green colouring
  • a bowl of thick coconut milk
  • sugar and salt
  • 2-3 pandan leaves
  • a few pieces of nangka, sliced thinly

[Measurement Equivalents]


1. Mix together flour and air kapur to form a dough for the glutinous rice balls. If mixture is too thick, add more water and then a few drops of green colouring.

2. Make small balls. Throw into boiling water. When cooked (the balls will float), transfer the balls into cold water to prevent them from sticking to each other.

3. Simmer coconut milk, sugar and salt on low heat. Stir often to avoid it from curdling.

4. Add pandan leaves and boiled glutinous balls. Let simmer and adjust the sweetness.

5. Now, add the nangka.

This dessert is best served hot. You can also add other fruits, depending on your preference. Add brown sugar to this bubur if you prefer a more caramel flavour.

This is the step how to cook it:


  • 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 (9 inch) angel food cake, cut in cubes
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed


  1. Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions. In a trifle bowl or other glass serving dish, layer half the cake pieces, half the pudding, half the bananas, half the strawberries and half the whipped topping. Repeat layers. Cover and chill in refrigerator 4 hours before serving.
